Dynamic Compliance and Strategies (DC&S) is a health, safety, and environmental (HSE) consulting and compliance service provider.  DC&S was created to provide affordable, reliable compliance strategies and solutions to help ensure the safety and well-being of workers.  DC&S feels that with a personable, realistic approach, workplace behaviors can and will change.  DC&S’s goal is to make a difference in the lives of our customers, and to help foster positive changes in the behaviors and attitudes of employees.   DC&S provides multiple services to multiple industries.  This includes compliance audits, policy/procedure development and review, compliance training, and recruitment.  It is our belief that if employees are engaged, and fully understand how working safely benefits everyone involved; attitudes and behaviors will change in a positive way.
