E-merge Capital Partners is a venture capital and growth equity firm dedicated to investing in innovative, early-stage medical device companies and technologies to improve quality of life. We focus our resources on what we have identified as underserved markets and utilize proven de-risking criteria to maximize successful exits. 
 
E-merge Fund I is focused primarily on class II medical devices in the cardiovascular and orthopedic markets but will consider investing in other regulatory classes and medical specialties where technologies meet the firm’s stringent de-risking criteria. 
 
E-merge assumes an active role in the operations and management of its portfolio companies by way of its partnership with Evolve Medtech Venture Studio. We work in tandem with inventors and physicians to provide disciplined development and design to medical device technologies. In conjunction with our hands-on approach to innovation, we identify premarket submission pathways that provide for the quickest possible exit times for our LPs.
