For over a decade, E4 Youth has specialized in the workforce development of creative youth and has served thousands of high school and college-aged youth in school districts, afterschool programs, colleges, and universities throughout Central Texas.

Our Creative Leadership Academy (CLA) is comprised of college-aged youth who serve as Creative Mentors in local high schools or as Digital Docents, creating unique content for projects with industry partners and sister nonprofit organizations, as well as VR/AR content for our What Once Was platform. 

Our Creative Mentors facilitate our Get Creative Enrichment Clubs, the entry point into our ecosystem for local high school students, hosted by 7 majority-minority high schools in Austin, Manor, and Pflugerville ISDs as well as 2 local charter schools, mentoring 200+ students throughout the school year.
