Full-service distributor E.A. Morse & Co. operates as a full-service distributor of paper, chemicals and sanitary maintenance equipment, offering on-site training, free consultations, and workload programs to optimize cleaning operations. This presents opportunities to upsell training services, process optimization, and bundled product solutions.

Training and consulting The company emphasizes on-site training, restroom and floor care programs, and operational support for in-house custodial teams. Use this to position value-add services that reduce labor costs and improve productivity for clients with sizable cleaning budgets.

Labor cost focus Sales consultants highlight that labor can account for up to 90% of a cleaning budget. Target prospects with high labor intensity and offer efficiency audits, product recommendations, and maintenance schedules to drive cost reductions.

Regional presence Based in Middletown, NY with a showroom and training facility, the company can engage regional mid-market facilities (hospitals, schools, commercial buildings) in need of in-person demos, service coverage, and local support.

Service and support Full-time factory-trained service for not only sold equipment but also other national brands indicates strong post-sale value. Leverage this to offer maintenance contracts, service level agreements, and extended warranties to differentiate from competitors.
