Eagle Community Credit Union is a cooperative that is owned by its members. It is a not-for-profit organization that is dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring member satisfaction. This commitment to service excellence is fundamental to who they are as an organization. Eagle CU has a rich history, starting as Orange County Postal Credit Union in 1937. For many years, they exclusively helped postal and federal employees build their financial futures. Today, they are a community credit union, and anyone who lives, works, worships, or goes to school in Orange or Riverside County can become a member. However, they continue to take pride in and are honored to serve their core postal and federal members. Being a member of Eagle CU comes with many advantages. Depositing your money in a bank will make you a customer, but if you deposit your money in a credit union, you become an owner. Since its founding, Eagle CU has relied on the vision, involvement, and support of its members for its success. Some members even volunteer their time to serve on the Board of Directors.
