Earth Guardians is a global climate-justice nonprofit based in Stockholm, Sweden, focused on training people under 30 to lead climate solutions in their communities and beyond. It mentors and connects young leaders, provides resources for their projects, and amplifies their voices to safeguard land, water, culture, and the well-being of future generations. Central to its work are youth-led Crews that coordinate and drive local action.

The organization supports 120 Crews across 42 countries, engaging more than 1,200 young leaders annually. Its activities span ecosystem restoration, water protection, regenerative food systems, and strengthening community wellbeing. In 2025, Crews planted 79,900 trees, removed over 15,000 kilograms of trash from rivers, beaches, wetlands, and communities, and led 63 funded environmental projects in 31 countries, reaching more than 20,000 community members. A Speakers Bureau predominantly composed of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ members delivers climate-justice storytelling and leadership tools to classrooms, conferences, and legislatures, while thousands more access free Earth Guardians trainings on biodiversity, regenerative agriculture, climate policy, and Traditional Ecological Knowledge. People can engage by donating, starting or joining a Crew, or booking a speaker or training for schools, companies, or events.
