EarthDance operates a teaching farm on a 14-acre historic property in St. Louis, Missouri, using the site to demonstrate sustainable organic farming. Through its Organic Farm School programs, it trains aspiring farmers and gardeners and provides fresh produce to the local community. The organization pursues food justice by connecting people to healthy food and the land and by fostering a vibrant, inclusive community. As a small organization within the farming sector, it functions as a practical model of sustainable food production and education. It serves school groups, youth organizations, aspiring farmers, food advocates, and teens through its Junior Farm Crew, as well as volunteers from diverse backgrounds and shoppers at local farmers markets or users of nearby food pantries. In 2023, EarthDance formed partnerships with the University of Missouri and with the Missouri CRCL Project to expand its educational and community outreach.
