East Hill Medical Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing primary, behavioral and dental health care services to nearly 8,000 residents of Cayuga County and the surrounding region.

We serve all people regardless of age, ability to pay, or income level. We offer a sliding scale fee program and accept many insurances.

Our providers help patients beyond the exam room with needs like transportation, food security, and housing. We offer convenient evening hours, same day sick visits, and after-hours nurse on call. We also provide on-site lab services through Quest Diagnostics.

East Hill’s Adult Medicine, Dental and Behavioral Health services are provided at 144 Genesee Street in downtown Auburn. Our building is located across from the Edward T. Boyle Center. Parking is available nearby at the City Parking Garage and on the street. 

Duckett Family Medicine is part of East Hill and serves patients 16 and older. Located at 13 North Fulton Street in Auburn, this site offers plenty of off-street parking.
