Eastpak designs and sells durable bags, luggage, and travel items aimed at urban mobility, integrating practicality with style for everyday city life and travel. The brand's origins go back nearly four decades to Eastern Canvas Products, Inc., which produced gear such as duffel bags and backpacks for the U.S. Army. Today, Eastpak translates that history into backpacks, shoulder bags, and travel innovations like wheeled luggage to ease movement across town or around the world.

Based in Berchem, Flanders, Belgium, Eastpak operates in the Retail Apparel and Fashion sector as a mid-sized company and is part of VF Corporation, a global group that includes several well-known outdoor and lifestyle brands. In 2024 the company launched a global Built to Resist branding campaign, reflecting its emphasis on individuality and resilience.
