Launched in 2011, Eat Your World is an original online travel guide to local food around the globe -- the traditional, regional, quintessential dishes and drinks that bring visitors straight to the heart of a culture. Our site is the first of its kind to focus exclusively on these foods, to present them in a reference-guide layout to explain each one and tell travelers exactly where to find them. Additionally we publish more traditional food and travel stories every week on the EYW blog (https://eatyourworld.com/blog).

We currently have travel guides for 50 destinations, from Detroit to Beijing, which focus on the local food but also cover accommodation and activity info. Another 100+ destinations are covered by our users, who are invited to contribute food photos and stories, as well as on the EYW blog.

We regularly hire contributors for the blog and occasionally for destination guides. Our guidelines are here: https://eatyourworld.com/contributors
