We’re old fashioned recruiters. We call every one of our candidates. We don’t post jobs, we don’t mass email, and we don’t shotgun our message to the masses. We target specific skill sets at high performing levels and we maintain those relationships until the time is right to make a move. We do this 365 days a year and are therefore able to speak to both our candidate’s and client’s needs with speed and purpose.

It is our core belief that people want to be treated as people, but we’ve noticed many recruiting processes treat people like a product; which is something we intentionally avoid. In fact, we aspire to be better. People have families, problems, needs, and desires. They’re all unique and that’s why we listen and pay attention to their specific needs in order to make the best match possible. For us, recruiting is not just business, it’s personal.
