Erpenbeck Consulting Engineers, Inc. (ECE, Inc.) has been offering Civil Engineering Consulting, Surveying, and Land Planning services since 1965. Located in Elsmere, Kentucky, the employees of ECE, Inc. have over 100 years of combined experience.


ECE, Inc. has been providing Civil Engineering Consulting, Surveying, and Land Planning to public and private clients in Northern Kentucky for over 40 years. Beginning in President Raymond Erpenbeck's basement in 1965, ECE, Inc. has grown into its current 9,000 sf building at the corner of Dixie Highway and Main Street in Elsmere, Kentucky.

Our staff consists of Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, Engineering and Surveying Interns, CADD Technicians, Field Surveyors, and Administrative Staff. We maintain a family atmosphere within the office, and promote professional and personal growth amongst employees. We strongly believe a company is only as strong as its employees.

ECE, Inc. realizes the need to stay up to date with the advances of technology. Our design staff currently run AutoCAD Map 3D 2015 with Carlson Civil 2015 software, and we use the most current Haestad products for all hydraulic analyses. Our field surveyors use state-of-the-art Total Station, Geodimeter, GPS and Data Collection equipment. We have the tools to provide our clients with all their needs, and we consistently update equipment to stay on top of the industry.

With all of our projects, we make sure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained from Municipalities holding jurisdiction. Our vast experience and positive relationship with local agencies are a great advantage to us.
