Echo Bridge Partners is a privately held real estate investment firm established in 2010 by J. Clancy Casey and Andrew R. DiMatteo. The firm manages fully discretionary capital, with a specific focus on opportunistic and value-added real estate investments.

We focus on opportunities in the small-cap space, where there tends to be less competition from professionally organized capital sources. We target opportunistic and value-added real estate investments requiring equity commitments between approximately $2 and $8 million. Each of our funds is sized appropriately for the small-cap opportunity set, which allows us to be selective and consistently focused.

We invest in fundamentally sound real estate where value can be created at the asset level by making physical improvements, leasing, rectifying management issues, and/or strengthening the capital structure. Our extensive network of local operating partners, carefully cultivated over decades of real estate private equity investment experience, provides direct access to deals and local market knowledge.
