ECL, a multi-disciplined engineering firm servicing the oil and gas industry since 1982, provides detailed design packages to customers for upstream projects worldwide.  

Our clients consist of major oil companies, independent operators, fabricators, and project management firms in pursuit of a reputable and competitive consulting firm that will assist them in achieving time and cost efficiencies.   

Engineering services offered at ECL include the design of offshore minimal and conventional platforms, topside facilities, mobile production units, power generation/compressor packages, pipelines, drilling rig modifications, SEMS studies (Safety and Environmental Management Systems), and abandonment/decommissioning support for platform removals.  

In addition, ECL is widely recognized for it's Marine Building Design Department.  This niche unit of ECL personnel is solely dedicated to the design of various types of buildings destined for offshore production platforms.  These buildings include permanent ABS/USCG single-lift living quarters, custom designed modular buildings, and Motor Control Centers.  We provide front end engineering design and pre-design services to oil companies and major engineering contractors, as well as multi-disciplined detailed engineering services on a design/construct basis to fabricators.  Over the past 50 years, ECL has established a portfolio that includes over 350 marine building projects.
