Ecologics Design, LLC is a full-service architectural design and sustainability consulting firm established in 2006 to explore and strengthen the complex relationships between humans, architecture, and our natural surroundings.  Its founder, Michael Fletcher, is a registered architect and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional who has worked in the building industry for over 24 years on a wide range of project types.   Michael’s design philosophy reflects his long-held belief that humans and our built world are one, both physically and spiritually, with the environment that supports them.  The study of these relationships is called “Ecologics”, and is reflected in our body of work, resulting in buildings that reevaluate and redefine conventional concepts of environment, conservation, space, and interdependence. 

We provide full architectural services including site analysis, master planning, program development, design, construction documentation, and construction contract administration.  We also provide sustainability consulting, LEED third-party documentation and verification services, and building optimization services.  We believe our most critical function is to hear and understand the needs of our clients and to help them set clear and quantifiable goals.  Once established, these goals become a collective vision that generates collaborative, holistic strategies and solutions in simple, elegant, and efficient ways.
