ECT is an environmental services firm that transforms neglected sites and derelict land into usable landscapes, urban farms, outdoor sports facilities, and renewable-energy infrastructure. It achieves this by reusing inert soils excavated from construction projects in Île-de-France, managing more than 13 million tonnes annually across around fifteen sites. This approach supports a circular economy by recycling construction soils and using the soil inputs to fund the development of attractive local amenities. ECT operates mainly in Île-de-France, has an agency in Hauts-de-France, and has begun international work under the Landify brand in Germany and the United States, collaborating with regional authorities and municipal leaders. Based in Villeneuve-sous-Dammartin, the group employs a diverse team—engineers, environmental technicians, surveyors, landscapers and project managers—and oversees a Bourgogne-based subsidiary, Biodepe, that valorizes organic waste for agricultural use.
