Ed Wean Drilling & Blasting is a family owned business and has been in the drilling & blasting industry for forty-five years. The company is located and licensed in New Jersey; we are also licensed in Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland and Delaware.  We currently service all of Northern/Central New Jersey, North and South Eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York and Delaware and growing annually. We are a certified SBE and WBE company .

Ed Wean Drilling & Blasting provides complete drilling & blasting, test drilling and perforated drilling services for Residential Builders, Commercial, Union and Public Works Projects.  Ed Wean Drilling & Blasting complies with all local municipalities, state and federal agencies.

We have performed services at various locations for the NJDOT such as Rte 287 extension ramps, Rte. 31 expansion, Rte 78 Weigh & Inspection Station, Rte 15 , Rte 1 & 9 North Bergen and Rte 18. New Brunswick.

Ed Wean Drilling & Blasting has also worked with a variety of union/public works projects, such as, Western Ramapo, NY Sanitary Sewer System, Children’s Hospital of Phila, UPHS-CAM in Philadelphia, PA., Honesdale Dam, Woodrow Wilson Public School in Bayonne, NJ, Phillipsburg High School, Rutgers University, Dobson Run Tunnel Shaft in Philadelphia, State Rd Relief Sewer, TGP  Pipeline, Christiana Hospital, DuPont Children’s Hospital in Wilmington, DE, PSE&G Switching Station in Hopatcong, NJ,and  PSE&G Transmission Line in NJ.
