Eden Area ROP is an education administration program based in Hayward, California, serving four neighboring school districts. It offers more than 135 career and technical courses across business, health, hospitality, and industrial technology at the Hayward Center and at multiple school sites in Castro Valley, Hayward, San Leandro, and San Lorenzo Unified School Districts. The program acts as an intermediary among the districts to develop regional industry relationships that support work-based learning opportunities for high school students.

Many courses are articulated with Chabot College, enabling college credit for students who meet articulation standards, and most Hayward Center courses combine classroom learning with work-site instruction. Upon completing an ROP course, students receive a Certificate of Completion that documents occupational and work behavior skills demonstrated. Eden Area ROP operates as a joint venture of the four districts and is accredited by the Schools Commission of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
