We look forward to answering your questions! BIO Joanne Gillet – Owner/Broker Originally from Worcester, MA, I moved to Pawleys Island in 2004, drawn by the warmer climate and the area's beauty. While I have northern roots, my southern spirit runs deep, thanks to my sweet southern Mama. Family is a big part of my life. I’m a proud mom of a nurse and a son serving in the U.S. Air Force, and I have three wonderful grandkids. I am also blessed with a large extended family. My trusty sidekick, KoKo, a loyal pup, is always by my side. After many years in the dental field, I shifted to real estate in 2004 when I fell in love with Pawleys Island. In 2019, after years of working with buyers and sellers, I became a Broker, and Edge Of The Beach Team became Edge Of The Beach Realty.
