Edison State Community College is a mid-sized higher education institution based in Piqua, Ohio, with an additional campus in Greenville. Chartered in 1973 as Ohio's first general and technical college, it serves more than 4,000 students and offers a broad array of programs, including more than thirty associate degrees, one-year certificates, baccalaureate transfer options, developmental coursework, and continuing education.

The college's main campus sits on a 131-acre site near I-75, with a second campus in Greenville that expands regional access. It collaborates with regional employers to provide hands-on learning and align training with current workforce needs, supporting university transfer and workforce development. In November 2025, Edison State launched a Practical Nursing certificate program to broaden its health-care education offerings.
