EdsLink LLC, a venture fund providing strategic financial, operations, and technology consulting services, was founded in 2000 by Edward Horowitz and Deborah Chapin-Horowitz. Mr. Horowitz is Co-CEO and a Board member of Encompass Digital Media. Prior to Encompass, he served as President & CEO of SES AMERICOM and was as a member of the Executive Committee of SES (SESG Euronext Paris, Lux). Prior to EdsLink, Mr. Horowitz was EVP of Citigroup, Chairman of e-Citi and a member of Citigroup’s operating & executive committees. Before Citibank he was SVP of Viacom, Chairman and CEO of Viacom Broadcast and Interactive Media and a member of the Viacom Executive Committee. From 1974 to 1989, Mr. Horowitz held various senior positions at HBO. Mr. Horowitz is a co-founder of US Space LLC and Chair of Fairpoint Communications (NASDAQ: FRP), U.S. Space LLC, PT Link Net, The Tennis Channel and the American Management Association. Mr. Horowitz holds a B.S. in Physics from CCNY and a Masters of Business from Columbia University. as Vice Chair of EdsLink. As Vice Chair of EdsLink, Ms. Chapin-Horowitz supports certain of EdsLink's investments, including General Counsel, US Space LLC (www.usspacellc.com). She is also CAO of Sucherman Consulting Group (www.sucherman.com). Prior to EdsLink, Ms. Chapin-Horowitz was Associate General Counsel of Viacom Inc. and an associate at Squadron, Ellenoff, Plesent & Lehrer. She has a JD from NYU, MPA from University of Cincinnati and a BA from Skidmorel
