eduConsulting Firm is a professional development agency for K-12 teachers. OUR MISSION is to provide innovative research-based instructional solutions which are both engaging for students and practical for teachers. We are dedicated to helping educational institutions improve learning outcomes for all students. We believe professional learning should be data-driven, research-based, job-embedded, and on-going. In addition to our staff development services, we offer oppoturnities for coaching or the training of coaches and can provide follow-up support during implementation phases of new instructional content. We understand that every learning environment differs in its cultural norms, academic needs, and learning expectations. Therefore, we believe in customizing staff development sessions that address expected learning outcomes for both teachers and students as identified in School Improvement Plans, Individual Growth Plans, and academic assessments. We are aware that Professional Teaching Standards, the Teacher Evaluation Instrument, Common Core and Essential Standards inform the educational endeavors of the 21st century. We make every effort to ensure our work with schools and districts prepare teachers to meet the demands outlined in these guidelines.
