Edward S. McGlone is an experienced litigator who has been representing government and private entities and individuals in state and federal trial and appellate courts and before regulatory boards throughout Oregon and Washington for more than 25 years. His unique background includes more than ten years as chief litigation counsel for Clackamas County where he represented the county, its elected officials and individual employees in more than 150 matters filed in state or federal trial and appellate courts. He favorably concluded more than 90 percent of the matters not settled. Ed also served as legal advisor to the Sheriff's Office, Employee Services, Technical Services, and Risk Management, providing day-to-day advice and assisting in the drafting of ordinances, policies and procedures.
