Egg Farmers of Canada / Les Producteurs d’œufs du Canada is a national not-for-profit organization that coordinates the supply of fresh, local eggs for Canadians and represents more than 1,295 regulated egg farmers across all ten provinces and the Northwest Territories. Based in Ottawa, Ontario, it administers national on-farm programs, government and media relations, and nationwide marketing and nutrition initiatives, while supporting research and managing the national Industrial Products Program. Its primary stakeholders include Canadian consumers seeking fresh eggs and the regulated farmers who supply them. The organization coordinates the national egg supply and runs programs across farms, marketing and nutrition initiatives, and public affairs activities to support these efforts. In August 2025, Harold Froese received the first-ever Lifetime Achievement Award from Egg Farmers of Canada.
