Boutique Scale EHS Design operates within a global network under the NELSON umbrella but remains a very small team (2-10 employees). This suggests flexibility and potential for high-touch, rapid-turnaround projects in niche sectors that value customized design services.

Industry Prestige NELSON’s presence in the Fortune 100 client base and top-tier workplace design rankings signals credibility and opportunity to cross-sell to large enterprise clients seeking prestigious, integrated architecture and interior design partnerships.

Cross-Sell Potential As a subsidiary of NELSON, EHS Design can leverage broader design, design consulting, and facilities services across multiple regions, enabling expansions into new markets with existing corporate relationships.

Tech-Forward The current tech stack includes common web and analytics tools (Joomla, jQuery, Google Analytics). There is room to modernize with BIM, parametric design, or cloud-based collaboration to appeal to large clients prioritizing digital workflow efficiency.

Financial Entry With reported revenue between one and ten million, there is an opportunity to pursue mid-market RFPs and multi-project deals that align with the scale of medium-to-large enterprise clients seeking integrated design solutions.
