Product Design and Development: We have years of overall experience required to offer you a complete engineering service, product design and development with prototype to Class “A” tooling. Engineers on staff. Mold Design and Tooling: A complete tool room, with all equipment required for mold fabrication. E.D. M. equipment with .0001 digital readout, duplicating equipment, grinders, mills with digital read-out, all enhance our ability to produce quality tools. To keep tooling cost and lead time at minimum, we have developed a line of insert mold bases. We stock inserts from 3 x 6 to 10 x 12. Plastic Molding: The molding and Quality Assurance areas are environmental controlled to maintain a high quality standard. Molding machines range in size of 50 tons up to 2200 tons of clamping force and shot capacity to accommodate each mold. Machines are equipped with De-humidifier dryers. Process Control, Thermolators and Refrigeration Chillers to provide precision reproducibility. Secondary Operations: Full assembly, custom labeling, decorating, packaging and inserting is available for your product. Custom Color Blending: Colors matched to your requirements, using dry, liquid or concentrate colors.
