The El Dorado Animal Clinic offers services for both large and small animals, as well as exotics.  

Dr. Davy Harkins is proud of the TLC that he and his staff can offer for you pet.  The El Dorado Animal Clinic has in-house laboratory, pharmacy, radiology and ultrasonography.  Dr. Davy has studied advanced veterinary dentistry, including endodontics and orthodontics, and performs not only routine dental cleanings, but also root canals and application of braces.  Our surgical suite has separate preparatory and recovery rooms to help maintain sterility of the surgical room, and our non-sterile procedures are performed in a different area of the hospital.  While under anesthesia, patients at the El Dorado Animal Clinic are monitored not only by a registered veterinary technician, but also by an electronic respiratory, heart, and blood-oxygen monitor.  Laser surgery is an option for our patients to minimize bleeding, pain, and chances for infection, and all of our surgical patients receive a therapy laser treatment to minimize pain and discomfort following their procedure.  In addition to using the laser therapy to help manage other areas of pain in your pet, we are also pleased to have Dr. Teresa Burks available to perform chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture.  Our office is equipped with separate dog and cat boarding rooms to minimize anxiety while your pet stays with us, and a play yard for structured exercise activities.
