The Electrical Contractors' Association of City of Chicago (ECA) serves the construction industry as the Chicago and Cook County Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). In 2026, Kendra Dinkins was elected president, becoming the first woman and the first Black person to hold the role.
