Electrical Safety Foundation International (ESFI) is a nonprofit organization focused on advancing electrical safety in homes and workplaces. Founded in 1994 as a collaborative effort by the National Electrical Manufacturers Association, Underwriters Laboratories, and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, ESFI operates as a 501(c)(3) entity.
