Créé en août 2003, ce concept est fortement inspiré d'enseignes de distribution américaines et européennes Low Cost (ex : COSTCO ou COLRUYT). Elle a intégré le Palmarès "Great Place To Work" des entreprises françaises où il fait bon travailler depuis trois années en se plaçant dans le TOP10 à chaque fois. 

ELECTRO DEPOT repose sur un concept doublement novateur dans son modèle de distribution et son volet humain. Sa politique humaine et la gestion de ses équipes font en effet figure d’exception dans le monde du Low Cost. 

Véritable alternative à la distribution classique, ELECTRO DEPOT couvre tous les besoins d’équipement des ménages (électro-ménager, image, son, multimédia…) et s’adresse à tous ceux qui veulent acheter utile, simple, malin et pas cher. Situés en périphérie des grandes agglomérations, les dépôts s’étendent sur des surfaces de 1.500 à 2.000 m2 et jouent la carte de la simplicité.
