Elevate USA equips young people with the support, skills, and opportunities they need to thrive, in school and in life. Our model centers on full-time, salaried Teacher Mentors who build long-term, life-changing relationships with youth, equipping them to thrive and contribute to their communities. Through accredited classes, transformative mentoring, adventure experiences, and college and career readiness, students are empowered to dream big and plan boldly for their future. Whether it’s college, trade school, the military, or the workforce, Elevate students graduate with purpose, direction, and someone in their corner. Elevate USA is the national organization that supports and strengthens a growing network of 20 independent, locally led affiliates bringing the Elevate model to public schools across the country. We provide training, resources, and operational support to ensure each affiliate thrives—and we’re actively working to launch new sites in communities where long-term, life-changing relationships are needed most.
