Elevate Oregon is a nonprofit organization based in Portland, Oregon, focused on supporting youth in the 4th through 12th grades within the Parkrose School District. The program emphasizes education, self-reliance, and leadership through long-term, culturally responsive relationships and a combination of classroom instruction and out-of-school mentorship. Its approach centers on developing character and life skills that help students articulate their voice, build confidence, and pursue academic success, with activities spanning in-class curricula and after-school, weekend, and summer programs.

The organization targets historically under-resourced and diverse student populations in Parkrose, aiming to improve educational outcomes and personal development by pairing teacher/mentors with students and reinforcing core values outside the classroom. As a youth service organization, Elevate Oregon positions itself within the nonprofit sector by offering year-round programming designed to sustain relational support and practical leadership skills, thereby contributing to long-term student empowerment in a setting described as one of the most disconnected districts in the state.
