Elevation Community Land Trust (ECLT) is a Colorado nonprofit in the real estate sector that uses the community land trust model to broaden access to home ownership and preserve inclusive communities for future generations. It aims to acquire or develop more than 1,000 permanently affordable homes across Colorado, making it one of the largest CLTs in the country.

Based in Denver, ECLT collaborates with public and private partners to expand ownership opportunities across the state. Recent activity includes a Fort Collins project on BirdWhistle Townhomes and an affordable-housing initiative in Durango, as well as partnerships with real estate and construction firms and with Intermountain Health.
