Growth through partnerships Elevatus is actively expanding capabilities through collaborations, such as the planned YMCA project with Garmong Construction Services, backed by community foundations. This signals a sales opportunity to offer comprehensive architectural services, design-build coordination, and turnkey solutions for large- scale community facilities.

Healthcare and Education focus Recent hires and project emphasis indicate sustained focus on healthcare and education sectors. Leverage this to position specialized expertise in healthcare facility planning, educational environment design, and related code compliance, facilities analysis, and post-occupancy optimization.

Justice sector recognition Recognition as a top justice facility architecture firm for multiple years highlights credibility in secure, justice-related projects. Target government and public-safety opportunities, offering advanced secure-design standards, risk assessment, and facilities master planning.

Strategic leadership growth Key leadership additions in administration, healthcare, and education suggest a scalable organization capable of handling larger, more complex projects. Approach with premium services such as program management, BIM coordination, and integrated project delivery to capture larger RFPs.

Underscored financial scale With revenue in the mid-range for mid-size architecture firms and a notable project investment in a $1.2B replacement facility, there is room to upsell services like construction administration, facility condition assessments, and long-term facility planning to secure recurring engagements.
