Elijah's Promise is a small to mid-sized nonprofit based in Central New Jersey that uses food-based programs to address hunger and support vulnerable communities. The organization operates a community soup kitchen, a culinary arts school, a catering business, and a pay-as-you-can café, while also helping low-income individuals access social and health services. With the help of volunteers, donors, and community partners, it serves more than 100,000 meals each year and trains individuals who previously lacked formal skills for careers in the food service industry.

Headquartered in New Brunswick, New Jersey, the organization has expanded its impact through programs such as Elijah's Promise Community Nutrition, launched in May 2022.
