Elixir Group is a Serbia-based chemical manufacturing organization focused on agro-industry and the production of complex mineral fertilizers, anchored in Šabac. Founded in 1990 and wholly owned by a single founder, the group operates through six subsidiaries: Elixir Prahovo, Elixir Zorka, Elixir Agrar, Elixir Feed, Elixir Craft, and Elixir Fondacija. Since 2011 it has expanded its activities across chemical production and related ventures in Serbia and the wider region. The group serves a broad international client base, exporting more than 70% of its products to customers in more than 80 countries. Recent developments include a workforce expansion of roughly 300 positions in 2025, bringing total employment to over 1,800, and ongoing operations such as managing the Industrial Chempark Prahovo and pursuing circular economy initiatives.
