Elliott Affiliates, Ltd. is a Baltimore-based environmental services consultancy that has specialized in the building support services sector since 1973. It emphasizes performance-based cleaning contracts and has reviewed, drafted, or amended more than 530 such agreements over the years. The firm has developed a systematic consulting framework intended to deliver proactive, sustainable, and results-oriented cleaning performance across a range of facilities. These facilities include universities, airports, rail stations, hospitals, manufacturing plants, office campuses, and government sites.

In the broader environmental services market, Elliott Affiliates positions itself as a specialist advisor for cleaning program design and contract management. In 2013, the firm launched Spec Optimizer, a software suite intended to help building managers achieve higher-quality cleans at a potentially lower cost.
