Our law firm was established in 1995, in Portland, Oregon. Our attorneys provide advice derived from their experiences gained at various law firms throughout the U.S. and from handling matters for clients from across the U.S. and other countries. Consequently, we urge our clients to decide how much practical risk they are comfortable accepting, based on their own cost/benefit analysis, to avoid creating a $10,000 legal bill in order to “solve” a $5,000 business problem.
