ELPROMA Poland was established in 1992 as an independent distributor serving East European markets and is based in Łomianki, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland. It operates as part of Elproma Electronics Holding, which has its head office in the Netherlands. Initially, the company distributed products from C&K Components in the United States and subsequently expanded its supplier base to include additional electronic component brands. A Time and Frequency division was created in 1994 to support time synchronization, with that function later reassigned in 2001 to an NTP time server division. In 2001 the firm also formed a machine-to-machine wireless division, building in-house development capabilities for wireless technologies and acting as a distributor for brands such as Motorola, Septentrio, and Bluegiga.
