EMC Engineering, LLC is an employee owned and operated civil consulting firm.  We provide construction administration services for Highway, Airport, and Safety Improvement projects. We have over 50 years of combined experience in the civil construction industry and a strong reputation for professional excellence. EMC has a diverse team of Civil Engineers, Project Managers, Special Inspectors, and Materials Technicians. 

EMC has a full service AASHTO accredited laboratory providing aggregate, asphalt, concrete, and soil testing services in Palmer, Alaska. We also have a full service laboratory in Anchorage, Alaska and various remote locations throughout the state. Our laboratory is validated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. 

EMC provides a wide variety of inspection services to a multitude of clients throughout the state of Alaska. Our Inspectors carry various certifications including the following: AWS Certified Welding Inspector, NDT Level II, NACE Level II, ICC Special Inspector, ACI, and WAQTC. EMC's diversified inspection team allows us to perform most required inspections without the use of subcontractors. This quality has proven especially useful on complex and large scale projects that demand a broad range of inspections.
