Founded in 2013, Emerald Empire has acquired over 12,000 apartments across Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Connecticut, and Missouri with a current portfolio of 10,000 units and 1.5M sq ft of office and industrial+ for a total capitalization of $1,275,000,000.

Our in-house property management companies – M&M Properties (Northeast) and CIM Living (Midwest) currently have 115 employees. CIM Living has its headquarters in NY with regional offices in IL, IN, CT, and MA.
