At Emergency Physicians Professional Association (EPPA) we are passionate about our providers, patients and hospital partners. Since 1969, EPPA has been a proven leader in emergency medicine, bringing together a team of the best and brightest board-certified emergency physicians and advanced practice clinicians in the nation. Our providers serve multiple communities throughout the Twin Cities in six local hospital emergency departments. EPPA also founded The Urgency Room, a first of its kind concept in the Midwest, providing emergency medical care outside of the hospital. The Urgency Room has three locations in Eagan, Vadnais Heights and Woodbury. In 2007, EPPA started training medical scribes in an effort to improve physician efficiency, documentation and work satisfaction. Our scribes are an essential part of our success and have continued to grow beyond the emergency department.
