("EGE") was founded in September of 1999 as a boutique specialty investment banking and brokerage firm focused on working with seed, early and middle stage technology companies addressing high-growth industries. EGE provides a range of financial services including advising on capital raising of both debt & equity, M&A advisory services along with strategic and financial advisory.

The vast majority of these transactions have been equity financings in seed and early stage companies addressing high growth business sectors.
