Founded in 2005, Empire Property Management, LLC has been providing property owners with a range of services from one time management to full service.  We specialize in the Eugene/Springfield/Veneta area but manage rentals all over Lane County.  We realize that some clients just want a little help filling their units with responsible qualified tenants while still remaining the property manager and others prefer a hands off approach wanting a property manager to handle everything. Whatever our clients’ preference we customize our services to fit their needs.  We take the stress out of being a landlord.
