ESCA is a Washington, DC-based industry association that advocates for employee-owned S corporations, known as S ESOPs. It serves as the policy voice in Washington for this group, including member companies across virtually every state and a broad spectrum of business activities. Since 1998, its membership has grown to represent more than 250,000 employee-owners. Members range from small firms to large organizations with tens of thousands of employee-owners, all united by a commitment to protecting and promoting the S ESOP structure.
