E&ES began in 1982 as a company focused on employment preparation and job placement for Chicago area residents.  Since 2000, E&ES has broadened its service delivery to include case management, clinical services, housing, and employment support.  In collaboration with government agencies at the federal, state, county, and city levels, E&ES operates 19 locations and employs more than 140 staff.
