RESOURCE's mission is to increase well-being through recovery, employment and career advancement. RESOURCE provides employment services, career education, and chemical and mental health services, serving 18,000-plus individuals and families each year. We operate locations in the Twin Cities, Princeton, and St. Cloud, Minnesota, serving residents in 17 Minnesota counties. RESOURCE offers: Career Education -- We are a post-secondary school offering credentialed training in eight industries including Accounting Support, Core Manufacturing, IT Support, Maintenance Custodial, Mechatronics, Medical Office Support, and Warehouse Operations. We also provide courses for computer and technical skill enhancement. Several training programs have articulation agreements with MnSCU institutions. Employment Services -- We provide customized employment services for under-employed or unemployed Minnesotans, particularly targeted for families to move from poverty to self-sufficiency, immigrants, women in transition or career advancement, people with disabilities, and youth and young parents. Chemical and Mental Health Services -- We offer dual-diagnosis, residential and outpatient treatment services for families and individuals; community support programming for individuals living with serious, persistent mental illness, housing support services, employment services, and more.
