EP Advisors combines the three primary areas of legal, human resources and business expertise to assist organizations faced with highly serious and sensitive situations as well as working with clients preparing for or in the midst of complex strategic events. Based in the New York metropolitan area, EP Advisors maintains affiliations with other providers throughout the country in order to ensure our ability to accommodate our diverse clients.

Areas of focus include:

Litigation Support - to law firms and in-house counsel in the area of workplace investigations, training, and expert witness services

Human Resources Consulting - to organizations in all areas of human resources management

Strategic HR Consulting Services - for organizations undergoing strategic transitions (mergers, acquisitions, growth, turnaround, bankruptcy).

Our professionals are typically at the Master's Degree level, have their J.D. or are certified human resources professionals. All of our assignments receive a full spectrum of support ranging from junior level human resources work all the way to highly sophisticated strategic and compliance work. We work in a variety of formats either onsite or virtually including Retainer, Project, or Hourly depending upon the needs of our clients.
