In 2018, Empower was created by a group of like minded physical therapist owners who operated their own practices for more than 20 years.  We have become a supergroup of private practices in the Southwest US through intentional partnerships that are therapist owned and led. Empower practices are committed to a people first culture, serving our patients, communities, and profession.  We seek to exceed patient expectations by delivering clinical excellence, world class experience and meaningful outcomes to “empower people” around achieving a higher level of functional living.
