The EMS Division of Honey Brook Fire Company No. 1 was merged with Elverson EMS January 1, 2015. The merged organization was renamed Elverson-Honey Brook Area EMS.


Honey Brook Fire Company ambulance is a division of the Honey Brook Fire Company No. 1. We are comprised of primarily career Paramedics, Emergency Medical Technicians and First Responders. We consider it a privilege to provide basic life support services to more then 15,000 individuals in Chester and Lancaster counties. We average approximately 1,500 EMS calls per year, 3,000 hours of in service time and approximately 100,000 miles transported to area hospitals. We operate a fleet of three ambulances, all equipped with top of the line, life saving equipment. Our members are required to be up to date on all the latest EMS related medical advancements and as a group average 2000 hours of training a year.
